How long does it take to make the dress?

Each dress takes 4-6 weeks to craft, depending on the design and customization. We’ll keep you updated on your order status.
Is it possible to return a custom-made dress?

Custom-made dresses are final sale and cannot be returned due to their personalized nature. Please double-check your measurements before ordering.
How do I know whether I should order a custom-made or a standard size?

If your measurements fall outside the S-XL range or you want a unique fit, go for custom-made. For standard sizes (S-XL), check our size chart to see if it matches your fit.
Why is the price of a custom-made dress different from the standard sizes (S–XL)?

Custom-made dresses cost more due to the individual craftsmanship, tailored fit, and extra materials involved, unlike the mass-produced standard sizes.
