Each dress takes 4-6 weeks to craft, depending on the design and customization. We’ll keep you updated on your order status.
Is it possible to return a custom-made dress?

Because every custom-made dress is individually crafted just for you, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges. If you need guidance with taking your measurements, our team is here to help before you place your order.
How do I know whether I should order a custom-made or a standard size?

If your measurements fall outside the XS-XL range or you want a unique fit, go for custom-made. For standard sizes (XS-XL), check our size chart to see if it matches your fit.
